? URGENT HIRING – SPEECH THERAPIST & ABA THERAPIST

? Location: RK Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

? Positions Available:

- Speech Therapist
- ABA Therapist

We are looking for qualified and dedicated professionals to work with children requiring speech, communication, behavioural, and developmental support.

- Speech Therapist

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or BASLP/MASLP.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers may apply, depending on the centre's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess speech, language, and communication difficulties in children.
- Conduct individual speech and language therapy sessions.
- Work with children with speech delays, language disorders, and communication challenges.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress.
- Guide parents regarding home-based speech and language activities.
- Maintain therapy records and progress reports.
- ABA Therapist

Qualification:

- Degree or relevant certification in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.
- Training or certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis preferred.




- Experience working with children with developmental and behavioural needs is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct behaviour assessments and implement individualized ABA therapy plans.
- Work on communication, social interaction, learning, and daily living skills.
- Apply positive reinforcement and evidence-based behaviour strategies.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain session records.
- Guide parents on behaviour management and home-based intervention strategies.
- Coordinate with speech therapists and other professionals for integrated care.
