We are looking for a qualified and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children and adults.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain therapy records.
- Guide parents and caregivers regarding home-based exercises and activities.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with patients and helping them improve their communication abilities.
