Roles & Responsibilities

- Auditing and monitoring of the Application support tickets

- Calibration with the stakeholders

- Prepare report and dashboard on various metrics

- Taking quality sessions and huddles

- Assist in the development and implementation of business process improvement strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational excellence.

- Support quality management initiatives to enhance service delivery.

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business excellence.

- Participate in training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 1-2 year of experience

- Solid understanding of operational excellence and quality management principles.

- Proficiency in analyzing and improving business processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
