Spa Therapist

Department: Wellness Spa – KAI Spa & Wellness

Job purpose: Deliver approved spa and wellness treatments safely, respectfully and consistently within training, competence and authorised scope of practice.

Key duties and responsibilities

· Prepare treatment rooms, linen, products and equipment before each appointment.

· Review the approved client intake, consent and contraindication information; refer concerns to the appropriate qualified practitioner or manager.

· Explain the planned treatment, obtain informed consent and respect client boundaries and preferences throughout.

· Perform only treatments for which trained and authorised, following the approved protocol and hygiene standards.

· Maintain hand hygiene, clean linen, disinfected surfaces and appropriate product handling between clients.

· Keep accurate treatment records and protect confidentiality.





· Monitor client comfort and stop treatment and seek assistance if an adverse reaction or safety concern occurs.

· Clean and reset the room, replenish stock, report equipment issues and communicate aftercare advice only within competence.

· Qualified boundaries, empathy, safe touch, hygiene, communication, reliability and respect for diverse guests

Qualifications and experience

Recognised spa/wellness therapy training and practical treatment experience required for assigned services; first aid and infection-prevention training preferred.

Salary and perks : not disclosed(as per experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
