Job Title: South Indian Cook / Chef

KS Group is looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook / Chef who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Rasam and other traditional delicacies.
- Prepare different varieties of South Indian breakfast, lunch and snacks.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and food quality.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen ingredients, stock and food wastage.
- Maintain proper food preparation and cooking schedules.




- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Previous experience as a South Indian Cook / Chef is preferred.
- Good knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to prepare food with consistent taste and quality.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Should be disciplined, punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work in a team setting.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
