Position: Sous Chef – Continental

Job Locations: Sarjapur, Indiranagar & HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 6–8 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising the Continental section.
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining consistency.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise, train, and guide kitchen staff.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and stock requirements.




- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak business hours.

Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or premium casual dining.
- Prior experience working as a Sous Chef is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience in handling kitchen sections and supervising a team.
- Good understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen hygiene.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
