About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sourcing Manager with experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, and lead generation to drive business opportunities for our real estate projects.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current channel partners, brokers, and referral networks that will work for plots and villas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate qualified leads.
- Source potential customers and business opportunities for real estate projects.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits with channel partners to strengthen the sourcing network.
- Track sourced leads, site visits, and conversions and maintain accurate reports.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new sourcing opportunities in the market.
