Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
- Onboard new CPs and expand the existing CP network
- Actively engage with CP groups, associations, and professional networks
- Regularly connect and coordinate with CPs to generate qualified leads
- Share project details, pricing, and updates with CPs
- Track CP performance and sourcing leads through MIS/CRM
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion
- Participate in CP meetings, events, and networking activities

Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, CP management, or sales coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Positive understanding of CP-driven sales processes
- Ability to network and build long-term skilled relationships
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
