Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant with strong expertise in Change Request Management (ChaRM) and Retrofitting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Solution Manager functionalities across complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) environments.
- Implement and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes.
- Configure and manage CTS+, Transport Management System (TMS), and ChaRM workflows.
- Perform and support Retrofitting activities between parallel SAP landscapes (Project, Development, Quality, and Production systems).
- Manage transport lifecycle and ensure smooth movement of changes across system landscapes.
- Work closely with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Release Management teams.
- Configure and support SolMan functionalities such as:

- ChaRM

- ITSM

- Test Suite

- Solution Documentation




- Focused Build (Good to Have)
- Analyze and resolve transport and change management issues.
- Conduct system monitoring and ensure governance compliance for SAP changes.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer documents.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
- Expertise in ChaRM (Change Request Management) configuration and support.
- Retrofitting experience is mandatory.
- Experience in transport management and release management processes.

- CTS / CTS+

- TMS

- Transport of Copies (TOC)

- Retrofit scenarios

- Dual landscape management
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Valuable understanding of SAP Basis administration concepts.

- Test Suite Management.
- SAP Cloud ALM exposure.
- SAP Activate methodology knowledge.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
