Job Summary

Alphine Welfare Society is seeking a qualified and experienced Solar Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in solar photovoltaic (PV) technology. The trainer will prepare candidates for employment in the renewable energy sector by developing their technical knowledge and practical skills in solar panel installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training in solar PV systems as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach solar panel installation, mounting structures, wiring, and system components.
- Provide hands-on training in solar PV modules, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and electrical connections.
- Train candidates in solar system testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Explain electrical safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling of tools.
- Demonstrate the use of multimeters and other electrical testing instruments.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
- Monitor candidate attendance, performance, and practical skill development.




- Maintain training records, assessment documents, and laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and placement team to support candidate employability.
- Ensure completion of the prescribed curriculum and compliance with applicable DDUGKY training requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience: Relevant experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, or technical training is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, inverters, batteries, testing instruments, and electrical safety.
- Communication Skills: Valuable teaching, communication, and practical demonstration skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per industry standards and organizational policy.
- Employment Type: Full-time position under the DDUGKY project.
- Location: Alphine Welfare Society Training Centre, Kichha, Uttarakhand.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
