Job Purpose

Design, develop, and support scalable Java based backend applications end-to-end by troubleshooting and resolving technology issues, ensuring secure and high-quality deliveries through strong engineering practices, and executing time-bound initiatives/POCs to meet business and IT objectives.Duties and Responsibilities

- Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and provide solutions.
- Understand application architecture and technology infrastructure end-to-end.
- Participate in POCs, R&D; activities, and solution delivery initiatives.
- Plan, execute, track, and report progress on assigned projects.
- Drive process improvements and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in business, IT, and review meetings.Required Qualifications and Experience





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Computers, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Java development and API integration.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience developing scalable applications.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and process-oriented mindset.
