Position: Software Development Engineer

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract tenure: 1 year

Required Skills•8 - 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Python

•Proven ability to translate high-level project goals into clear software requirements, architecture, interfaces, milestones, and acceptance criteria

•Experience serving as a hands-on technical lead for junior engineers, including task breakdown, design guidance, implementation support, code reviews, and technical decision-making

•Strong industry experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems, automation frameworks,



and manufacturing test platforms

•Proven ability to break down complex projects into well-defined tasks and components that junior engineers can execute independently

•Strong object-oriented design, modular application development, scripting, API integration, and external system integration experience

•Experience with source code control and CI/CD pipelines such as Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

•Experience working in agile development environments with transparent execution planning, dependency management, and technical risk tracking

•Strong debugging, system-level analysis, and problem-solving skills across software, firmware, hardware, and manufacturing environments
