Who We’re Looking For

Engineers who have built real depth in at least one area and are growing into robust generalists. You’ve shipped production software and are ready to own larger pieces of the system.

Areas of Depth (at least one)

- Distributed systems and backend
- Identity and authorization (OAuth, OIDC, delegation)
- Kubernetes, infrastructure, and DevSecOps in production
- Enterprise networking and deploying into customer environments
- Observability, audit, and supply chain security
- Frontend and admin experience
- Integrations and developer experience

How You Work
- You use AI tools daily and can tell when they’re wrong
- You write, ship, and own features end to end
- You contribute ideas in design discussions
- You can join customer conversations and explain your work clearly
- You write well about tradeoffs and decisions

What We Don’t Require
- Specific vendors or frameworks, an ML research background, cloud certifications, or a degree. We care about principles, not products.
