We are looking for a highly creative and driven Social Media Specialist Intern who wants to do more than just schedule posts. If you are constantly analyzing viral trends, testing new content formats, and looking for out-of-the-box strategy ideas to grow a brand's presence, this role is for you.

In this internship, your ideas are central to what we do. You will have direct ownership over dynamic social campaigns and the creative freedom to propose growth initiatives across our primary channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Brainstorm & Propose Growth Ideas: Generate innovative ideas, campaign concepts, and content experiments aimed at audience growth and engagement.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Draft, edit, and curate short-form video concepts, graphics, and engaging copy tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Trend Analysis & Social Listening: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and viral formats to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, foster community discussions,



and build meaningful touchpoints.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing engagement metrics to refine and optimize future social media strategies.

What We Are Looking For
- A strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic experience with design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—you aren't afraid to test new ideas and speak up with fresh perspectives.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
