About the internship:

This is a two-part role: youll create content that makes people want to join our experiences, and youll promote those experiences on the ground to drive registrations.

Key responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for Instagram: reels, carousels, stories, and posts
- Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy
- Design simple creatives using Canva
- Shoot and edit short videos at events and behind the scenes
- Promote events on ground at colleges, cafes, communities, and local hotspots
- Help build partnerships with campus communities and local creators
- Track engagement and registrations and share simple weekly insights




- Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh content ideas

Who can apply:

- Students or fresh graduates, preferably in marketing, mass communication, design, or related fields (any stream welcome)
- Active on Instagram and understands what makes content work
- Good with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Robust writing skills and a creative eye
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to people for on-ground promotion
- Based in Pune
