Position: Graphic Designer

About the Role

Social Ctrl is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling. You'll create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, brand designs, and marketing materials for brands across multiple industries.

Candidates must own a laptop capable of running skilled design software and be comfortable managing design projects independently.

Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and digital marketing creatives.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with each brand's identity and guidelines.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to develop high-quality designs.
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into effective visual communication.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts, and brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with content strategists and social media managers to execute creative ideas.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.




- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Must own a laptop suitable for professional graphic design work.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media creatives and marketing materials.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media creative work.
