We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage Jujhar Group media presence, develop engaging content and drive brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies.

- Conceptualise creative campaigns, reels, stories, carousels and promotional content.

- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, video editors and influencers.

- Identify trending topics, reels and content opportunities.

- Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.

- Prepare monthly performance reports and competitor analysis.

- Ensure consistent brand communication and timely execution of campaigns.

Required Skills

- 2 to 3 years of relevant social media management experience.

- Excellent content writing and creative thinking skills.

- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
