Hiring: Community and Content Manager (Mumbai, freelance)

We’re an upcoming food brand, and we want to tell our story in a fresh, non-traditional way. Not the usual food brand playbook.

What you’ll do

- Plan and post reels, feed posts and stories on Instagram
- Shoot and edit short, phone-first video
- Write captions and replies in a defined brand voice
- Answer comments and DMs quick
- Run recurring content and community activity
- Collect customer content and reviews (with permission) and share them
- Work with food creators and chefs
- Keep a content calendar and a buffer of ready posts
- Report monthly on what’s working

Who we want

- Writes short, dry and funny, and can hold a brand voice
- Has shot and edited reels on a phone, ideally for a food or D2C brand
- Enjoys replying to people and has run a comment section or community
- Plans a month ahead and sticks to it

Not looking for agency pitches, ad-buying skills or follower-count promises.
