About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, campaign planning and execution, along with the ability to independently come up with fresh ideas and initiatives to build brand visibility and engagement.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but also thinks ahead, brings ideas to the table, and actively looks for ways to improve our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Conceptualise, plan, and execute social media campaigns, promotional activities, contests, and brand engagement initiatives.
- Content Ideation: Come up with fresh, creative, and engaging ideas for reels, posts, stories, trends, and other social media formats.
- Creative Thinking: Identify trending topics, viral formats, and relevant trends that can be leveraged for the brand.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the design and video teams to ensure timely and effective execution of content ideas.
- Independent Initiatives: Proactively suggest new content strategies, campaign ideas, and activities without having to be constantly directed.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, and other metrics.
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Competitor Research: Keep track of competitors, industry trends, and creative campaigns to identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Someone who can independently brainstorm and pitch new ideas.
- Good understanding of current social media trends, reels, and digital content formats.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive execution from idea to completion.
- Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
