R Team Consulting is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content, and execute social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Plan and schedule social media posts consistently.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and trending topics.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Support brand awareness, social media campaigns, and lead-generation activities.




- Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaboration campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
