About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our restaurant brands' social media presence. The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, content creation, reels, and social media trends.

Candidates with experience in restaurant, café, or food brand marketing will be preferred. However, candidates with general social media marketing experience and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts for restaurant brands.
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas to promote restaurant menus, offers, and brand awareness.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral reels, and food-related content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure regular posting.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Suggest new ideas to increase audience engagement and attract potential customers.

Requirements




- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in social media marketing or social media management.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels, stories, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and audience engagement.
- Creative thinking and good communication skills.
- Restaurant, café, or food industry marketing experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
- Ability to work in person and manage assigned responsibilities.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be preferred.
