Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Writer & Social Media Consultant with solid English and Hindi communication skills, excellent content development abilities, and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, preferably for government or institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, write, edit, and publish engaging content for government programmes, initiatives, and digital platforms.
- Manage official social media handles, content calendars, daily posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- Create scripts, captions, blogs, short explainers, reels, infographics, banners, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, trending hashtags, digital outreach, and engagement activities.
- Cover government events through live updates, real-time posts, reels, and live streaming.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.




- Simplify complex government policies and initiatives into clear, engaging public communication.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, audience engagement, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with government communication guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English and Hindi writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience in content writing, social media management, and digital content creation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to create engaging scripts, captions, reels, and campaign content.
- Understanding of Canva, basic creative tools, and content management systems.
- Strong coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Prior experience with government, PSU, or institutional projects will be an added advantage.
