Role Description The Social Media Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day management of social media accounts, creating engaging visual content, and managing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will also manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube, alongside basic SEO optimization and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, creating, and scheduling highly engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Editing short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos) to maintain high production value and engagement.

Designing social media posts, thumbnails, stories, and branding materials using Canva and other design tools.





Supporting core branding initiatives to ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all online channels.

Setting up, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.

Performing basic SEO optimization (keyword research, meta tags, and on-page tweaks) for website content and video platforms.

Utilizing modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other automation/content tools) to enhance speed and creativity.

Monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing performance metrics to improve overall reach.

Qualifications

Graduate, 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing. Proven skills in Video Editing and graphic designing using Canva.

Hands-on experience or clear knowledge of running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube. Familiarity with basic SEO practices and analytics tools.

Good understanding of AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation and workflow optimization. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for copywriting and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Comfort working full-time on-site at our Bhopal office. Salary & Benefits

Budget: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
