Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SMO Manager with a strong background in Affiliate Marketing, SaaS Marketing, and US Market exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving social media growth, managing affiliate partnerships, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage and scale affiliate marketing programs, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Create and promote content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns targeting the US market.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, ROI, and growth metrics.
- Collaborate with Content, SEO, Paid Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business goals.




- Analyze competitor activities and identify recent growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in SaaS Marketing and US Market-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, or Technology companies.
- Team management and vendor/agency handling experience.
