Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient loan processing, customer relationship management, and sales growth.
- Oversee team handling, providing guidance on retail lending products and processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (Retail Lending).
- Solid understanding of Loan Sales, Loan Management, Customer Relationship, Team Management, and Branch Handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
