Work Timings: 10.30 AM to 7 PM

Off Days: 2 Saturdays off and All Sundays off

Qualification: Graduate in Any Stream

Reporting To: Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, references, cold calling, LinkedIn, and market research.

- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and decision-makers.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Client Acquisition & Sales

- Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable outdoor advertising solutions.

- Present media plans, proposals, and campaign recommendations.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agencies.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

4. Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

- Provide feedback on client requirements and industry developments.

- Suggest innovative media solutions to enhance client campaigns.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

- Follow up on quotations, proposals, agreements, and payments.

Desired Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Media Sales, Real Estate Marketing, or Advertising Industry will be preferred.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
