Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.

- Monitor labour, contractors, and material requirements at the site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

- Assist in basic estimation, quantity calculations, and material planning.

- Maintain site records, progress reports, and construction-related documentation.

- Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for their resolution.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in construction, real estate development, or builder/colonizer projects will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of construction and site supervision.

- Understanding of building drawings and architectural plans.

- Basic knowledge of estimation and quantity calculation.

- Site coordination and management skills.

- Documentation and reporting skills.

- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
