- Supervise daily site operations, work execution, labour productivity, and project progress as per approved plans.

- Manage labour teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper task allocation, discipline, and coordination.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, toolbox talks, and worker inductions.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations and timely reporting.

- Monitor material procurement, delivery, inventory, and site readiness to ensure uninterrupted work execution.

- Ensure quality compliance with approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, colours, and installation standards.

- Maintain site documentation, including DLR, DPR, LMR, MIR, WIR, Daily Site Logs, and Work Permits; resolve client observations, track snags, and support project handover.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
