Salary Range: 2.4 to 3.6LPA To supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor material availability and site requirements.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
- Check work as per approved drawings and standards.
- Identify and rectify construction defects.
- Maintain quality inspection records.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Check the use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, jackets, etc.).
- Maintain housekeeping at the site.
- Immediately report accidents and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain daily labour attendance.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Coordinate material requirements with the store department.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Record labour attendance and work completion.
- Maintain site inspection and material records.
- Report delays, issues, and requirements to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
