Intech Interior is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate various interior, civil and renovation projects. The candidate will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with technicians, contractors and workers, monitor work quality and ensure timely project completion.

We undertake a wide range of projects involving interior works, civil works, ACP cladding, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, false ceiling and other related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across interior and civil projects.
- Manage and coordinate technicians, contractors and workers, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and ACP installation teams.
- Monitor execution of civil, interior, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, usage and wastage.
- Coordinate labour allocation and daily work schedules.
- Inspect work quality and ensure proper finishing and execution standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with management and contractors to resolve them.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and material records.
- Coordinate with clients,



vendors and project management teams.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness and discipline.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related technical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, ACP cladding, painting, carpentry and false ceiling works.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in and around Kochi.
- Malayalam communication skills required.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in civil construction, interior execution or site supervision will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple contractors and different types of site works will have an advantage.
