Role Overview The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at residential high-rise building projects.
The candidate will work directly under the Chief Engineer and ensure that construction work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities : Site Supervisor Civil
- Supervise daily construction and civil work at the site.
- Monitor laborers, contractors and construction teams.
- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with the Chief Engineer regarding project progress.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Handle on-site construction-related issues.
Requirements :
- Experience exclusively in the real estate sector.
- Previous experience in residential high-rise building projects.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Experience working under or coordinating with a Chief Engineer.
