We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Engineering fresher to join our team as a Site Supervisor. The candidate should be capable of handling construction projects independently, coordinating with workers and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

- Handle assigned projects independently from start to completion.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and project managers.

- Monitor construction quality and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Maintain daily site reports, material records, and labour attendance.

- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.





- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a secure working environment.

- Identify site issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates aged 21–25 years preferred.

- Good knowledge of basic civil engineering and construction practices.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to take responsibility and manage projects independently.

- Must be proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
