We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team at Manjeri. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of site supervision, coordination, and execution of work.

Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow in the field are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and work progress.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor material requirements and manage site resources.
- Maintain proper site records and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure safety practices and proper site management.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision is preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction and site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and solve problems.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
