Site Supervisor will ensure that construction activities are conducted safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with contractors, manage on-site personnel, and maintain high-quality standards.

1. Key Accountabilities/Activities:

- Supervise daily construction activities in office, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients regarding project progress and issues.

- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and site logs.





- Assist in resolving on-site conflicts and addressing any challenges that arise during construction.

- Ensure that materials and equipment are available and properly maintained.

- Promote a culture of safety and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.

- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience:

- 5+ years experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
