Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month / Negotiable based on Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated site supervisor (building site only) with a diploma in civil engineering to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. As a key part of the project management team, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring work adheres to project specifications and plans.
- Coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Meeting project timelines and tracking labor, material,



and equipment usage.
- Preparing progress reports for management.
- Handling on-site issues and delays.
- Conducting inspections for work standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
