Title: SRE/NOC Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2-5 Years

Responsibilities

- Manage and support 24x7 NOC operations.

- Be part of the on-call rotation responsible for site reliability, uptime, and seamless operations.

- Monitor alerts through PagerDuty and other dashboards, and escalate incidents to the appropriate stakeholders across Development, DevOps, DBA, and Infosec teams.

- Champion Incident and Problem Management processes at Freecharge.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to identify and recommend improvements in monitoring dashboards and automation.

- Manage and monitor infrastructure, databases, and applications across a heterogeneous cloud environment.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, etc.

- Valuable understanding of system services such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.

- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 and S3.

- Good to have experience with Nagios, Checkmk, and other monitoring tools.

- Hands-on knowledge of L1 support for Linux and applications.
