Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Installation Supervisor to manage in office installation and execution of retail interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling site manpower, coordinating installation activities, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage on-site installation and execution of retail interior projects.
- Handle and coordinate site manpower, including carpenters, fabricators, electricians, and other installation workers.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and daily work planning as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project, production, and design teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor installation work as per approved drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards, finishing, and safety practices are maintained at the site.
- Track daily work progress and report project status to the management.
- Manage site materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with concerned departments.




- Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.
- Conduct final site inspections, resolve pending issues, and ensure successful project handover to the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Interior-related fields preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or interior installation.
- Good knowledge of retail interior installation, furniture fitting, and site execution.
- Strong manpower handling and team management skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Work Mode: Work from Office + Site Visits
- Salary: (28K-40K)As per experience and interview
