We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior design and execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure smooth site execution, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and designs.

- Coordinate and monitor interior execution work, including civil, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing.

- Read and interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.

- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and project managers.

- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.

- Check material requirements, site measurements,



and material consumption.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for necessary solutions.

- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

- Maintain coordination between the office team and site team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or interior execution projects.

- Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic project reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Solid problem-solving and site management abilities.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
