We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage interior design execution and fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interior works are executed as per approved designs, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site Execution &
- Supervision

- Supervise daily interior execution activities at project sites.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved 2D drawings, 3D designs, and working drawings.

- Coordinate and supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP workers, and other contractors.

- Monitor modular furniture installation, false ceiling, partition, flooring, wall panelling, painting, and finishing works.

- Ensure proper execution and finishing of all interior elements.

B. Drawing &

- Technical Coordination

- Read and understand architectural, furniture, electrical, plumbing, and interior working drawings.

- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with the design team for clarification.

- Ensure site execution matches the approved design and specifications.

C. Material &

- Manpower Management

- Prepare daily material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.

- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

- Manage daily labour allocation and contractor activities.

- Check the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.

Quality

Control

- Inspect carpentry, modular furniture, ceiling, electrical, painting, polishing, and finishing works.

- Ensure proper alignment,



dimensions, joints, edges, and finishing.

- Identify defects and ensure rectification before project handover.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and detailing.

Project

Planning &

- Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.

- Coordinate with the project manager, designers, vendors, and contractors.

- Report site issues, delays, and additional work requirements.

- Maintain daily labour attendance and work progress records.

Client

Coordination

- Coordinate with clients during site execution.

- Understand and communicate client requirements to the execution team.

- Update clients and management regarding project progress.

- Ensure client satisfaction during project completion and handove

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

- Diploma in Interior Design or related technical qualification is also acceptable.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in interior execution or interior fit-out projects.

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred

- Technical Skills Required.

- AutoCAD drawing reading.

- Knowledge of modular furniture and carpentry.

- Knowledge of false ceiling, gypsum work, POP, and partition.

- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing coordination.

- Knowledge of flooring, painting, laminates, veneer, and polishing.

- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and material calculation.

- MS Excel and daily reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
