Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural and architectural drawings.

- Quality Control (QC): Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, alignment, and concrete pours at critical stages. Conduct material and quality inspections.

- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret civil, structural, and working drawings, identifying discrepancies or execution issues before work commences.

- Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of labor, machinery, and building materials while minimizing wastage.

- Coordination: Liaise effectively with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations strictly across the site.

- Progress Reporting:



Maintain daily progress logs, material consumption records, and site documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B. Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven qualified experience in building construction and site execution.

- Technical Proficiencies: Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic quantity surveying (BOQ/material take-offs).

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, on-the-spot problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
