Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular hazard analyses and risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage the work permit system, ensuring all permits are issued correctly and in accordance with company policy.
- Provide training on safety procedures, emergency response plans, and incident investigation techniques to employees.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of HSE documentation, including hazard analysis, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Proven track record in implementing effective stakeholder management strategies for employee engagement.
