Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily construction work, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and workers, and completing assigned work within the project schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Monitor the progress of construction work and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check the quality of materials used and ensure proper utilization of construction resources.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and other engineering drawings.
- Monitor site activities such as excavation, foundation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site safety regulations.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability.
- Maintain records of site measurements,



material consumption, labour attendance, and work progress.
- Coordinate with project managers and senior engineers regarding project updates.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and effective utilization of manpower.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in civil construction.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of site execution and quality control is an added advantage.
