Key Responsibilities
- Identify, survey, and shortlist suitable sites for telecom tower installation.
- Assist in negotiations with landlords and societies.
- Prepare and collect SAQ documents (LMA, NOC, rent agreements).
- Coordinate field visits and support feasibility/technical checks.
- Follow up with internal teams (Legal, RF, Deployment, Estate) for approvals.
- Handle basic landlord queries and support issue resolution.
Requirements
- Graduation in any stream.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of municipal approval norms.
- Comfortable with field work and travel.
