Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, supervise sales staff, maintain customer relationships, monitor inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily jewellery showroom operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection and product inquiries.
- Explain product details, pricing, and available designs.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate inventory checks.




- Ensure proper jewellery display and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests.
- Monitor billing and sales documentation.
- Maintain showroom security, discipline, and service standards.
