Shift Timings

- Shift 1: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Shift 2: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per operational requirements.

About the Role

- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Shift Monitoring Executive to monitor mining operations, track fleet performance, coordinate with on-site Mining Field Executives, and ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities using KiarX's digital monitoring platform and web dashboard.
- This is primarily a desk-based role involving real-time operational monitoring, reporting, coordination, and timely escalation of issues. Occasional travel to mining sites may be required as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor trucks, excavators, and other mining equipment through KiarX's live-tracking platform and web dashboard.
- Track real-time fleet movement, idle time, vehicle utilisation, fuel consumption, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Mining Field Executives deployed at mining sites and monitor their daily activities.
- Monitor attendance, login/logout activities, shift adherence, and task completion of field executives.
- Ensure driver discipline, adherence to operational procedures, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Identify operational irregularities, delays, fleet deviations, and other issues, and escalate them to the concerned teams.
- Maintain regular communication with field executives, drivers, site teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and other operational reports related to fleet performance and productivity.




- Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on pending tasks, technical issues, and site-level requirements to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Technical Support Team for hardware- and software-related issues affecting operations.
- Assist in manpower planning, resource deployment, and operational coordination.
- Support occasional mining-site visits for operational audits, inspections, and compliance checks, whenever required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mining, Operations, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and monitoring skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is compulsory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, computer applications, and report preparation.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, fleet dashboards, or digital monitoring tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure timely task completion.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and travel to mining sites occasionally when required.
