Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Lead project launches, campaigns, branding and promotional activities.
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners and internal teams.
Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Drive lead generation and support sales objectives.
Manage timelines, vendors and overall marketing deliverables.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in real estate marketing.
Solid understanding of Mumbai real estate market.
Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and marketing campaigns
