We are seeking a qualified and IBBI-registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets (SFA) to join our Financial Services team. The role involves conducting independent valuations of financial instruments and securities as per IBBI guidelines, mainly for insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct valuation of equity shares, preference shares, debentures, derivatives, business interests, and other financial assets in line with IBBI guidelines.
- Prepare valuation reports for Insolvency Proceedings (CIRP/Liquidation), M&A;, SEBI compliance, FEMA, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.
- Collaborate with Insolvency Professionals (IPs), Resolution Applicants, Financial Creditors, and legal advisors.
- Use appropriate valuation methodologies including DCF, market approach, comparable transactions, and other industry-specific techniques.
- Assist in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation of complex financial data.
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards, IBBI regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
