Position Description: Service Now Tester Experience: 6-12 years

Location: Hyderabad

Assures release quality before go-live. One generic profile covers all six towers - ITOM is the only squad where a specific literacy add-on is genuinely useful, not a full named specialism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
- Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
- Coordinate regression testing and UAT
- Triage and manage defects through to resolution
- Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign-off
- Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives

Required/Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- ServiceNow ATF experience
- Test management tooling experience




- Balance of manual and automated testing skills
- Ability to write clear, evidence-based defect reports

Desired/Good to Have Skills:

- Basic infrastructure/network literacy - practical to sanity-check ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping results, not just UI-level ATF flows
- Experience testing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including exception and failure-path scenarios
