ServiceNow GRC Developer / Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with 7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, customization, and integration. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).

The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development, third-party integrations, security solutions, project delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
- Install, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Workflows, and Email Notifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Scripted Web Services.
- Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and seamless integration between platforms.
- Work on Service Portal page designs and widget configurations.
- Manage Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article configurations.
- Handle ServiceNow version upgrades, patch upgrades, and platform maintenance.




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Lead project delivery, allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and manage client expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM or SecOps.
- Good understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance processes.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, and Workflows.
- Experience with REST API, SOAP API, and Scripted Web Services integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Portal, widgets, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.
- Good understanding of SDLC and technical solution design.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- Security Architecture Design.
- Experience with other GRC tools such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, and Bwise.
- Knowledge of Java / VB scripting.
- ServiceNow certifications.
