Role: ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM professionals with strong knowledge of IT Operations Management, infrastructure discovery, service mapping, and event management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions to improve IT infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Work on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Configure MID Servers and manage infrastructure discovery.
- Develop and maintain CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs).
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and ITSM tools.




- Identify and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and operational issues.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver ITOM solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Event Management and CMDB.
- Knowledge of MID Server configuration and administration.
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript) and REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
